He has an extensive academic background, holding a Master's degree in Law and Security from NOVA University Lisbon, Portuguese Republic, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Independent University of Angola (UNIA) in Luanda. He is also a lawyer registered with the Angolan Bar Association under number 2365.
Regarding his diplomatic career, he has held several important positions. Currently, since June 15, 2023, he serves as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to the Argentine Republic.
In addition, he has been designated to serve in similar roles in other countries, including the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, the Republic of Paraguay, the Plurinational State of Bolivia, and the Republic of Chile, although the presentation of Credentials in Uruguay and Chile is still pending.
Prior to these appointments, between 2019 and 2023, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Angola to the Republic of Zambia. Additionally, between 2000 and 2002, he worked as Counselor at the Angolan Diplomatic Mission in France. Regarding his military training, in 2005 he successfully completed, with distinction, the Leadership and Management Course at the Higher Institute of Military Education in Luanda.
